Your data will be retained for one year, and if you decide to rejoin within that period, we'll provide your previous data.
After one year, you will be treated as a new client and will need to register a new subscription. Any previous data will be permanently deleted.
Please be aware that any amounts spent on additional features purchased from the 'Purchase' tab cannot be refunded as part of the surrendering process.
Additionally, surrendering your plan will also result in the loss of access to the Agent and Customer Applications for both you and your Customers.
